I have a 68 charger with power brakes. It’s a 512 stroker and i’m trying to figure out what cam to run. I’ve had trouble with there not being enough vacuum to operate my power breaks because of the last cam I had in it. I liked the cam but I also like being able to stop. I’ve heard about Hydro boost breaking system that runs off the power steering pump. Does anybody have any experience with that? Do they work as good as factory power brakes? Are there other issues with running that system? Are there certain manufacturers that you could recommend, and what kind of cost would I be looking at? Any feedback would be greatly appreciate.

You could use a vacuum canister, or a vacuum pump. As an option.
Hi WileE, the car had a vacuum canister, roughly the size of two softballs side-by-side, mountain, where the glove compartment should’ve been, that helped but still had brakes going out. Then I installed a vacuum pump. and it was very large and loud. I like your signature quote.
