Generally doesn't happen. I don't have access to that info but where I used to 'work' I did and would contact a member from time to time telling them that another member was wanting to get in touch with them and send them their info with the other member's permission. Other than that, never did give out anyone's personal info to other members. That kind of stuff can come back to haunt you....
