Well, the engine looks to be a 392 style early hemi.

with that presure relief valve in the end it could be a custom mill for the blower.

That looks to be either a BDS... or...a Weiand blower manifold

Wild a$$ guess, possibly an early hemi "Fowler" blower intake {Fowler Fuel Injection, made allot of custom 1 off intakes, similar to that too} from the late 80's to early 90's maybe... good luck
