Can Rally Speedometer be Replaced Without Removing Rally Dash?

70 Road Runner rally dash. Can the speedometer be replaced without removing the dash? THANKS!

No. The cluster has to come out.

Not sure about the speedo....but I just replaced the Clock with a tictoktach....it was easy to do without removing the dash. 3 screws and it came right out. Yes...I was on my back looing up. Seat still in. But it was doable for sure. I also read I had to remove the dash to do the tach.

Tachometer yes, speedometer no.

Clock/Tach is the only gauge that can be removed without removing and disassembling the cluster..

You do not have to remove the dash. Just the gauge cluster.

You don't have to remove the cluster, just the front panel, the clear lense and th black mask over the gauges, the. Remove the speedo cable and 2 big screws that hold the speedo to the cluster housing. Cana leave all the other gauges and wiring connected.
