Charger SE hood question

Hello, are the SE hoods stamped with an indent for the hood ornament, or are they just punched with holes and the ornament rides over the center ridge? I need a plain hood and can get an SE. I'm ok with welding a couple holes closed but I don't want to build up a whole strip of that factory ridge.

You just need to remove hood ornament and weld up two holes.
