Greetings all,
I recently came across the site and was impressed with the open and friendly atmosphere and high level of knoledege of many of the posters. I personally have restored about a dozen cars over the years but have never had time to be a club guy or joiner of a on line car site, not anti social just too busy with running a business, family commitments and many hobbies besides cars. I currently have a 1973 Challenger Ralley that I have had for 16 years and 1969 Sport Satellite that has been gettting new metal in all the usual places, Quarters, wheel wells,Trunk, crossmember, floor, window corners, It started out as a minor restoration but has grown much larger, you know how that goes. The car was in original paint and not to many dents/dings but man rust everywhere!
It was a car I had always wanted though so I bit the bullet and started the process. I had planned on doing a mild M code a-12 car driver clone tribute as this had been a dream car since high school back in the day. I dont have a chance to every buy a real one unless I win the lotto, but Im not all hung up on having a pedigreed high dollar car. I just want something I can have fun driving. Latley I have been wondering if I should keep it a Sport as not too many were made, I just dont know. I just hope I can get it back on the road pretty soon. I would like to thank everyone for the pics of their projects, it gives me hope and I can show my wife and friends who think I am crazy for throwing money into a car that was so rough that many others hear the siren song of the worn decaying mopar. They say love is blind and I love the old b-body so I must be blind. Thanks for helping me with my project.
Best wishes to all, pics to follow!

Welcome. They all take time and money. Usually the more money you have, the less time it takes lol. But they do eventually get there.

Welcome and don't be afraid to foward any of those "unused" lotto winnings to those of us with financially challenged projects of our own.
