Cool! Bet it runs decent too....

Kind of funny how they are puttin the old school sprint car front ends on them nowadays...I like it!!!Hopefully the rat rod fad is fading away...To me it doesn,t take much talent to find a rusty old car throw some primer on it,kick some new dents in the doors and call it a rat rod...It should be P.O.S. rod!!!

I agree!

Even the guys who build the so called Rat Rods....who build them right and safe don't like the term....and if go over to the H.A.M.B and see what you might think is a rat rod, they will throw hammers at you if you call it that lol. My old 66 Belvedere would probably be called one with the way I had it during the 90's but it really wasn't. It needed paint and body work but I was driving it and having fun doing that but was working on it at the same time. I hate the term myself. I remember the hot rods of the 50's when I was a kid and never heard anyone call them rat rods and if you did, they would be ready to fight ya!

Pretty cool what he did with a slant 6. looks good, and a lot of attention to detail.

Rat rods are going to a flash in the pan. 10 years from now it will be an embarrassment to says the least. not saying you have to dump tons of money into a project, but come on, even when I was a kid working for a few bucks an hour, we at least we took the time to knock the dents out and polished it up a bit.

I like this car too. I get tired of (and no offense to the owners) of seeing SBC motors with Edelbrock carbs in old cars. I get a kick out of seeing something different.

I suppose I'm in the minority here with the cars labeled as "rat rods." I enjoy the unique aspects and features I see on these creations. I'm more of a "go" than "show" guy, so I guess that's why my car is still in primer. :D
