I tried to find his contact info. But I found Ricks Restoration. He seems a little high on price.
No clue if this was a joke or not pertaining to the tv show, but I'll post the contact info. It's fine if you think it's over priced, don't buy it. Gunslinger makes them as well. I can vouch for the auto- grip since I have one, and the quality is top notch, he machines them himself. I get compliments all the time and most people think it's a 4speed till they only see 2 pedals. I'd spend $175 on a part I know will fit and look good before I do some hack job on a original pistol grip or something equally as dumb.

Thanks for thinking my.idea was dumb, and i didnt say destroy an nos or original pistol grip. I said "truck shifter" because theres knock off shift handles on ebay for the ram trucks. It was an option. I know theres direct fit ones from gunslinger, etc.... But didnt know if cost was an issue.
I just suggested a much easier solution, nobody mentioned the gunslingers or auto grips so I wanted to make sure he knew. Why reinvent the wheel? You might have a point though if an auto pistol grip can be made out of a truck pistol grip for less $ than one the gunslingers etc.
Lets see a truck pistol grip.
yes please do, you still would need some type of button to allow the shifter to engage
I'll second this.No no definitely don't have to do that. Check out the thread below, I with the Auto-Grip, pics and the guys contact info is in the thread. Let me know if you have any questions.
