I everyone I'm new here and i have a problem with my wipers motor or linkage ?
Went i put the switch ON, the motor start but it can't move the linkage so i disconnect the linkage from the motor
and it run great and i try to stop it with my hand but i can't so i suppose this one is ok .After that i try to move the wipers from the linkage
it's work but it's seem to be stiff . the previous owner change the linkage himself i don't what to think!!!!

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario. It sounds like one or both of your wiper pivots are trying to seize up. If you remove your wiper arms, these pivots can be unbolted from under the dash, and you can try to free them up. Before you reinstall them, purchase one of those pivot seal kits that many repro places sell. Not a fun job.
 
It's seem logic cause those wipers never been used in the last 40 years .
