Correct Installation MaxWedge Scoop on 1963 Dodge

Hey, bought a 63 Dodge 440 with a 426 Max Wedge and i want to install my MW Scoop.. but i cant find the Correct Position of the Scoop and also the 2 Holes in the Hood!

Maybe anyone can help
