Aero Warriors - A Few Creative Thoughts

Thanks for the posting! There's no doubt the building was located in East Detroit (now Eastpointe) Michigan, on 10 Mile Rd., between Brittany and Tuscany. I grew up in East Detroit, and worked literally next door to the Creative building, at the Dept of Public Works complex, for nearly 10 years. The "old" guys I worked with always trashed me for liking those "ugly ***" cars, that they used to make there.

Front end and plug done in lacquer. That's rubbing compound that wasn't washed off yet. More important to get the cars to the dealers and cleaned up there.
I am surprised they would take a risk like that considering if those cars were out in the hot sun for a long time that leftover compound could cause paint damage. Here's a picture of new 67 Shelby's sitting at the Tasca dealership that somewhat look like those Daytona's so now I wander if that's the same deal on a those also.
