Cylinder Head Rebuilder Wanted

I'm having a difficult time finding a shop here in northeast Ohio willing to tackle cylinder head work on my 70 Coronet 383. It has what I believe to be a burned or stuck valve - one cylinder feels like it has low or no compression. No, I haven't run a compression test yet but based on how the engine cranks and past experience with other older vehicles, I'm betting on it being a valve issue.

I don't have the equipment to do the work so I'm hoping someone here knows of a shop in the area who can. Thanks!
