I don't think there is one specifically for the dash and I'm not sure what the logic is behind selecting the color. I have seen many cars with the dash being the same as the upper door frame paint then my Dart GTS has a white interior, white upper door frames and a black dash. Best you can do is find a spot that has original paint on it and go off that.
The color that's on there is pretty close to the color of the vinyl on the dash. I am going to an orange on the exterior and will probably carry that onto the upper doors but I don't think that it would work for the dash. If I can't find a code I'll just take the ashtray along to match it as close as I can.
R-M paint book it says Chestnut Tan - Tintometer Formula (available in Alpha-Cryl) No. is 169Y84. It has a footnote that says, Alpha-Cryl containing R-M No. 849 Suede Concentrate produces approximately the same degree of gloss as the original. This is the only tan color listed for the Belvedere line.
DuPont shows 5 different shades of a tan. For all Plymouth interior colors.
