Deformed Charger headlight bezels.

Hi All,

My '73 Charger has what appears to be a fairly typical problem, deformed headlight bezels.

On my car its at the point where the projected light is being affected. Has anyone had any success reforming these bezels with the aid of a heatgun?

If so, do you have any tips?

I've found hot water to be useful. They are tiresome though, not the best choice of plastic from MA Mopar.

I used my heat gun to warm my parts. The material holds the heat long enough to re-shape to desired look. Once cooled, they held the shape close to factory originals. A light spray of Argent silver before mounting back in the grilles.

I will say it again, if any vendors would like to repop these in fiberglass or abs plastic, you will have a steady stream of sales....
