Deleting messages

I have reached the 15 message limit and cannot reduce the number. I have followed the instructions from deleting messages but there is no "leave message" option in my popup menu. Is there a newer way to do it?

Thanks for the help. The strange thing is that I cannot locate the "conversations" window to start the process. Mark

Try clicking on the envelope symbol and then click on "show all"

Have the same problem of not being able to delete old messages.

Hit Show All Conversations, selected which conversations I wanted to delete, but no menu appears on the bottom of my screen to actually delete. What am I doing wrong?
