Desert Valley Auto Parts

DVAP ripped me off for $1600.00 when I purchased a non op 68 Dart 2 door hard top parts car.
Spoke with their sales kid on the phone had pics sent via e-mail.
I was told the body panels were rust free and the bumpers needed polish.
When the car arrived it was the exact opposite of the description. The car looked nothing like the pics, photoshopped maybe??
The driver who delivered the car phoned Jason and told him I refused the car. When I spoke with Jason he said you can get the bumpers rechromed and fix the rust in the panels.
His only concern was if I was going to pay the transport fee.
Got a lawyer involved and tried to sue for consumer fraud.
Being from New Jersey it would cost more in travel time for court appearences. Dead End

i go to the yard every year on vacation just to look around, quoted me $700 + shipping for a trunk pan for my '79 Magnum :icon_neutral:

did score a 72-80 factory truck tach a bezel for $5 though!

the guys that work there seem nice enough, always seemed to be unorganized though in my opinion.

I find their tv show to be lame, but, passes for entertainment. One thing the automobile tv shows need to learn; APPEARANCE and first impressions...they MEAN EVERYTHING!

I have no idea what impressions I leave on TV shows.
