Took left side quarter window assembly out of the Road Runner today to clean and polish all parts, turned out really nice almost like when it came from the factory.Used mineral spirit on the rubber seal and laquer thinner on all metal parts, polished and waxed push-out chrome latch.

Hey! How'd you do that?

On mine the "plastic" "gasket" which holds the glass in the front "track" for the quarter windows is nearly gone. the glass rattles around in the front track. If I can do what you did, I can find a replacement for that plastic gasket. Maybe at Dante's

4 sheet metal screws hold window assembly in,when you have assembly out drill either upper or lower rivet then slide out glass.I didn't go that far as to drill out rivet,my glass is secure.Worst part about job is to clean old sealant. You do have to take both rear seats out,arm rests and trim panel to do this job.

Hey "Grabinov911" took a close up pictureSAM_1949.jpg of that rivet on the quarter window I told you aboutSAM_1950.jpgHad the right quarter window out today and remembert to take this shot.
