As the title states and what I think I found out, there is a difference.

Recently used front brackets from a ‘68 Coronet 500 4-door and mount them to a ‘68 GTX bumper but they would not fit.

So I guess I’m just affirming that Dodge and Plymouth brackets are not the same. Bolt holes are in different places on those two bumpers.

Is that correct?

Yes. No chance of using one on the other. Angle is different also.
Well I’m just dumbfounded again in Moparland. Such a simple thing, such a cost saving production item between kissing cousins, Plymouth & Dodge. Thanks for the reply, that information will be etched into my mind now!!
