Need some help, will send my door to a sandblast company but need to take them apart first, shall I start with the vent window? The three in pink? Or shall I begin with the big window? The one´s in green? Is it difficult to adjust the window when I´m putting it all togheter again? Anything special to think about?

Main glass first and there is also an allen head fastener that you access through the tiny hole just under the vent window on the inside. You can see it in the picture, has the little plastic trim cap in the white painted area. I haven't put one back together yet so I can't help you there, but you will see that it should be relatively easy to put back together after you have taken them apart. Good luck!

Ya, it took me a while to figure it out myself when I was taking them apart.

I would suggest WD 40 the bolts and let them soak awhile. They are usually pretty rusted, and will break off. I did it. : (

Done with the first door, are there any chance there are nice pictures of the door in a shop manual for example? I have a feeling that I will forget how it was assambled in a couple of weeks... Will tag and bag everything and hope it helps. I coulden´t take out the main glass first, I had to take them out at the same time because the main glass could only separate from the vent frame downwards, maybe I did something wrong but now it is apart anyway.

Glad you got it, I'll see if I can find an exploded view of these doors in any of my literature.

I'd be interested in seeing the door assembly myself. I am ready to put mine back together right now. After all the trouble it was to get it apart. I am putting off the re-assembly until I can figure it all out.

I have instructions on how to adjust the vent window and door glass, but not exploded views or step by step instructions on assembly...
