Disk brake seal

Which way does the seal go on with disk brakes?
It’s a red seal with a soft black rubber seal.
I bought these from Doctor Diff. He says the 2nd pic is correct.
The first pic is a screen shot from The Ram Mans video. It’s already on the spindle and that would mean the last pic is correct.
These are Wilwood brakes.

The lip with the garter spring on it goes toward the oil or grease you want to seal.
