Dizzy Shaft Length

Would someone tell me how much longer the RB dizzy shaft is over the B shaft. Or how thick the RB to B adapter is (#3690275 ).

There's really not much difference in the adapter but there might be more of a difference in the intermediate shaft. The adapter is only about 3/16"ths higher but I don't know if the IS is different between the two blocks.....been too long since I've torn down stock engines.
