That is for when you input a priced range of, say "zero" to $10K, this ensures you see it, even though it's out of the range. For upper and lower, I input something like $423 to $16,306, and helps get rid of that nonsense.

In my experience.
The only thing consistant on craigslist.
Is most of the buyers aint got the money for the item thy are trying to buy.
Its always a sob story .
