Door Latch

Trying to find a drivers side door latch for my 71 Charger with no luck so far. I do see ones for C-bodies and they do look alike. Are they the same and interchangeable? Thanks.

That would be a miracle. I don't have a 71 parts book but they are different in my 70 parts book.
