Anyone know where to buy the stainless/chrome door lock ferrule that do not rattle in the hole? It's very annoying. The hole is 3/8". This is what I have.

Thanks FBBO

Why don't you try just putting a little clear silicone under the ferrells when installing. When dry they won't rattle.

Hi Mechanic.....you might just find them here..... it's worth the look:

Alright, one more time. I suspect that my previous posts did not seem right as you may have to sign into ebay.

You can find them with google: "Plymouth door lock bezels" or... http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/251989579498?lpid=82&chn=ps

Hemi 354, I found those before and they are 9/16". I need 3/8".

69a100, I tried that, too. They are very stiff and hard to see/reach through the access holes.

How often do you take it off? If you have to, use some dental floss or thin fishing line to slice through the silicone.

I thought of that but I don't want to make it a PITA to get off again.

Works great. I remove mirrors mounted on walls with silicone type adhesives. Fishing line cuts through it like a hot knife through butter.
