Were drip rail mouldings a specific option that had to be ordered on 73 RR? Or were they part of an exterior trim option code? Thanks!

i believe they came with a vinyl roof
and were a option other wise?
m21 is the code for drip rails in 71
not sure if its the same in 73 ??
m codes are usually for moldings
the 73 dealer lit should have that info

They were available single extra cost M21 or as part of the Roadrunner exterior décor package, A87, which also included wheel lip moldings, dual racing mirrors, and wheel trim rings.

They would have been standard with the full/half vinyl roof, don't know about the halo roof though. Also I believe there were two different part numbers, one for vinyl and one for non-vinyl. Can anyone confirm?
