I am going to get my drivers side non remote mirror re-plated but cant get the ball out of the base. does any one know how to remove the ball out of the base? it it threaded or pressed? I got on it with my vise grips and tryied to turn it off but didn't have much luck yet.
the chromer told me to take it apart and he would glady re-plate it for me.
