You will need, as moparmarks has stated, a 68-70 B body master cylinder for a drum brake car.
Disconnect the brake line from your old MC, remove the line from the distribution block below on the frame rail and bend up a new piece of tubing (available already flared with fittings installed at your local parts store) to take its place. Disconnect the brake line running toward the back of the car at the distribution block on the frame rail and install an inverted flare plug in the now unused hole. Use an inverted flare connector to connect another length of new brake line to the old one running to the back brakes and plumb it to your new master cylinder.
Don't forget to bench bleed your new MC before installing it, and then bleed the entire brake system on the car.
Very easy project---and much safer too. Good Luck
when i bought my '66 Belvy II, it had already been converted but the previous owner used a newer style plastic type with the 2 round screw on caps. the car was also converted from drum to disc up front i guess at the same time.....manual brakes. it works perfectly so it can definitely be done! the old style 70's B master cylinder can be bought at NAPA for around 50 buxx.
