FYI, it is 74 Big Block.
The OSAC valve is on the cleaner, not the firewall.
And oval scoops. 70-73 were rectangle.
May be later years as well but for sure 74.

1974 400 and 440 4-Barrel dual snorkel wide angle. Note that one snorkel is much longer than the other one and that the angle between the snorkels is much wider than typical.
