dust boot for pitman arm to center link?

I pulled my pitman arm when pulling my power steering box. It had no dust boot on it where it met the center link. I would like to put it back together correctly, but am having trouble finding the "dust boot". Also, should I pack grease under it when installing? I don't see a way to grease it otherwise or after the fact.

Its been a few years ago, but the only place I could find one was Jim’s mopar parts, part #SP-1466P.
