What a dick.
I was at my swap meet and I always look for deals on parts for cars I'd like to build one day I saw this rust free deck lid for a 69-70 charger guy had it marked for $300 I was looking at it and some younger guy said he needed it for the charger him and his grandpa were building...so he told the guy he had $200 on him guy said no firm on price!!! Well I'm not rich so I couldn't help him out . I kept an eye on the deck lid as the day went on as guys always drop the prices towards the end of the day . So the price did drop to $250 ,I went looking for the kid but he already left .... Well at the end of the day as the last guy left I had to go around check for trash ECT. What did I find laying next to a trash can but this perfect rust free deck lid . The guy decided he didn't want to move it again and tossed it!
I just don't understand why everyone has to be a dick ! You see this young kid he's showing you pictures of his project he's building with his 70-80 year old grandpa and you couldn't help him out ! But you rather throw it away!
I took said deck lid shoved in the trunk of my 64 300k (yes it fit) anyways story ends well I found kid locally and he got what he needed free of charge!!!

Well, you guys screwed up. At that price, I hit the buy it now, couldn’t take the chance that one of you was gonna scoop me on it. It’s going on the Dart-a-Cuda. Now I’ll be the coolest cat in da hood, and you’ll all have to just be in awe of my awesomeness as I roll through your town with my badass NOS-ness. Definitely gonna have the only one if it’s kind now!

As soon as you hang that panel on a car,some unlicensed,uninsured illegal alien will back into it and leave the scene!
