E Brake cable install

[ITS A 72 RR]

The moron tow truck driver that brought my car from VA to FL thought by cutting the e brake cable that it would free up a stuck wheel. My problem is where can I find any info on re-routing the new e brake cable.

I think my user name pretty much says what I'm working on. But thanks for your input. I was able to download the service manual from another link.
