Could be from a 71', but I can't remember for sure. Seat looks good to me. Rails seem in tact, seat moves back and forth, and reclines. Springs look good to me. The backboard may even be salvaged. I don't know much about these kinds of seats. I'd prefer a local pick up, but I will ship if you tell me who to use, and pay for shipping. I have this listed on Craigslist also.
