I believe all you can really know from that vin number and build date is that it’s the 3,150th car to roll off the assembly line for the St. Louis plant that year. Cars weren’t really numbered by model and such at the plants. The only thing you could go by is if a plant only made one model, but I believe that plant made roadrunners and others as well. Also that pic you posted gets blurry when blown up. You might wanna post a pic of the fender tag in better quality for more to see better.
There is no way to know for sure. And it really doesn’t matter either.
Biggest thing to remember cars were not built in VIN number order. So you cannot go by that either.
What you can do is to get the dates off of individual parts of the car and Make a list. Then see the newest part of the car and it was assembled after that.
So now it’s 52 years later and parts get changed out and we don’t know for sure what has been replaced or not. Easier and more accurate decades ago.
Parts to check dates on that May not have been changed all These years later:
Hood secondary catch
Wiper motor
Starter relay
K member date
Side and rear glass.
