ECM bracket

Did the 71-4 b bodies come from the factory with the ECM mounted to a bracket and then the bracket was mounted to the firewall? I know E bodies are set up this way? Thanks!

The control module was direct bolted to the firewall

I believe the 71-74 B-bodies did have use a factory bracket.

There was no bracket used in 72. Also no 71's came with ECU's.

Mopar 3 B you are absolutely right, I should have said 73-4. 1973 was the first year for electronic ignition! Thanks for helping me out people!

Optional equipment in 72 and became standard in 73.
