Hi, I am looking for an EFI for my 383 and have found several kits that seems almost the same to me, I don´t have any experience or know someone here in Sweden who's got one either so please let me know what you think about those:

1. Edelbrock
http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_new/mc/efi/estreet_intro.shtml

2. Fast 2.0
http://www.fuelairspark.com/fas/efi-systems/ez-efi-2-0-self-tuning-fuel-injection

3. Holley
http://www.holley.com/Terminator%20EFI/

4. Fast 1.0 (Competition cams?)
http://www.fuelairspark.com/fas/efi-systems/ez-efi-reg-self-tuning-fuel-injection

5. MSD
http://www.atomicefi.com/home.aspx

I want an easy system with a minimum of tuning, if it can control the ignition too it is positive, it must provide fuel for at least 500 hp for future plans.

C'mon man!, he's asking about efi systems, not carbs.

Go with the Fast EZ EFI 1.0 or 2.0, either one will be fine for your set up. Check with lxmodguy on the differences between the two.

I have the Fast EZ 1.0, version 2.0 was not out at the time I purchased my kit.Upgraded to multi port injection, being an EFI novice follow the instructions closely and should not have any problems. Some stalling experienced but corrected after driving some miles and tweaking with the handheld to find what the engine tune likes.I,m happy with the set-up.
I,m going to add make sure your charging system and wiring can handle the added load from EFI,fuel pump,MSD etc and supply the needed voltage as mine dropped to 11.5 volts when driving. Upgraded the alternator and heavier wire for a now constant 14.0 volts

sweet!!!!!

I think it depends on what you want to achieve with the EFI?

You can have EFI in many flavors, with some different characteristics...throttle body injection, or full individual cylinder port injection, or a system that looks like port injection, but can only do batch injection 4 cylinders at a time...

Off the top of my head, I'd say FAST 2.0. Prices seem to be relatively close for all of these systems. However, the FAST 2.0 is capable of running E85 and controlling timing if you have the right type of ignition (helpful if you plan to run nitrous)

I did the Atomic. Followed instructions and have not had any issues. I am using a return style fuel system with an in-tank fuel pump

Thanks, I will probably wait until next winter before I get an EFI, will travel to FL on vacation next christmas and carry one home instead, the import tax and toll on will cost close to a ticket.
Will try to get my hands on a 750 DP for this summer, thanks Martin (swedcharger67) for the support! And thanks to all you other, seems like the FAST 2.0 is the way to go but the MSD looks really nice ;-)

Rich (fastman) built my motor, so I'm good with him. 40 thousand miles of flogging with no problems. That said, there is NOTHING like the mwaaaaaaaaaaaaawh of a 2 to 4 transition. Carb that is.
