Anyone selling a engine test stand for a big block near south east? Any help is appreciated.

I have one but never thought about selling it.. It has everything you need.. Its home made but Id be interested in an offer. It comes apart and the main cradle can be removed from the base to store the engine off the ground. The snapper gas tank has been removed since it gets sucked dry in 3 to 4 minutes.. Stuck the line into my 5 gallon can.

Water temp gauge
Oil Pressure Gauge
Electric fuel pump
4 switches.

Starter switch in the middle.
Switch 1.Main power
Switch 2.Ignition power
Switch 3.Electric fuel pump
Switch 4.Electric Mustang fan from a 2006 GT

The wooden radiator crap was just done quickly.
Needs to be replaced with metal. I have some metal now for it. Just haven't messed with it.

Cool. Looks promising for sure. I don’t mind doing a lil modification to get it ship shape. And you had a 440 in it so that’s perfect. I just didn’t want to build from scratch. Would rather focus on car not ad more side projects. Man. Since you built it I would prefer you give me a price. I have the worst luck with making first offer. I don’t want to offend. Hope that’s ok. Thanks for reaching out.

Side note. And shot in the dark. If you have any interest in a custom car rendering of your car I do those. I can send samples to view. So maybe cash or cash plus render if that’s of interest.

My 440 is still on it at this point. Im waiting to get it in the belvedere. My car is not worth doing a render of at this point Its a turd.

Haha. Sweet bel. My car is way worse. Haha. I’m trying to get the motor goin to keep me motivated. Being able to start the motor is good motivation. I’ll keep shopping on the stand. Sounds like you need to keep it. Just keep in touch if you decide you want to move it. Thx.

Complete test stands are expensive. More than I was willing to spend. The most costly part was the radiator and then all the wiring and switches.

Yea. They are. And most are to small for a 440. I may have to build one. But gonna try for a bit to not.

Where’d you get the plan for your stand or did you just figure it out?

Just made it.. Figured out what i needed to do and fabbed it up. The base is a stainless steel kitchen cart from an old restaurant. Bought the square steel at home depot and well the guages from summit. Had an old tach and most of the wiring stuff came from Oreillys auto parts. The radiator is an aluminum Mopar radiator can't remember what brand. I have a 8x8 crate I can sit my engine on. Thats no big deal. I would sell it just don't know what to ask for it.
