Some of that is gonna be pretty common across the board. The bottom of the car will be primer and have body color overspray around the outside edges. Towards the end of the 60s (for sure) trunk seals were installed with gorilla snot, otherwise known as 3M yellow emblem adhesive. They weren't very careful with it. Let it ooze. There were probably noticeable sags in the paint on the firewall.
There will probably be paint daubs on practically every nut on the front suspension to show they were checked for tightness. I've seen orange, pink, and bright green paint used. I doubt the color mattered. On the 8.75 pumpkin there will be a mark on the plug and a stripe on the bottom under the pinion gear. I've seen a lot of white (or yellow) grease pencil marks on the back of the housing, making a circle with a B or an X inside. But that isn't always the way they were. (see pic below). This only scratches the surface.
Every car will be different, but cars from the same plant will be closest to letting you know what should (and maybe should not) be there
