When we were on spring break, we visited Universal Studios. I got a chance to see the Fast and Furious cars. The Daytona was my favorite.

Nice,
dont know why it says on that board it has a Gen 3 hemi in it, for the movies it actually had an LS3 chebbie in front of a 4L60E

It' a cool concept clone/tribute of a Daytona Charger, the purist will absolutely hate it thou.... I'd drive it... I wonder if they swapped engines to a New 6.4ltr Hemi, I read the same thing, it had a LS3 Chevy power-plant for filming... It's allot different from a real Daytona, shorter, lower, allot of fiberglass mods & pieces, allot more tech, blah blah blah

At least it's not another Saki sippen' rice rocket

its sweet lookin car for sure. just cant understand why hollywood insists on putting Chevy engines in mopars. surely they have enough of a budget to put a 3g in instead of a ls.

screw the purists, it is hot, see it is racing a jensen interceptor, that probably has a chebbie in it also

Chebby engines and drive trains are a dime a dozen, I think all of the special cars had similar engines, for quick repair and maintenance.
