Looks like you've had this problem in the past. Here's a couple of ways to leave feedback.

Click on the member's feedback amount. In this case it's 205.

Then click on "Add Feedback".

Or you can click on the member's name.

Then click on "Add Feedback"

Both should get you this page to fill out.

And sometimes it's in the member's add. A yellow highlighted "Leave Feedback" at the top.

Most of the problem comes when trying to ad the last damn url. I have triedcto copy and past, type it in. Just no luck.

Are you trying to do this on a phone, or a computer with a mouse?
