I've been saying this all along but nobody listens.
LED replacement bulbs don't get the light source in the right spot relative to the reflector and lens, causing the light to be pointed at the wrong place on the road. And everybody is too lazy to take the time and aim them properly.
More expensive LEDs take the time to put the source in the right position...but people are cheap, and they buy the crappy chinesium junk that's way off spec.
