Finally got her home this past weekend.

Well I got the interior mostly out and found a little more rust than I wanted. Time to start drilling some spot welds and get ready to order a new floor pan. At least I was able to get the passenger side doors to open and still working on getting the tailgate to open, really miss the days of living out west and having solid sheet metal to work with. Guess you can't win them all lol.

How is the torsion bar crossmember? Good time to change it while you have the floor out.

All the rails are good and the cross member is also, it's had wet carpet in it for years. Had to do the same on my 65 Coronet, the joys of living in the south.

Leaky wiper shaft seals -> wet carpet-> rotted floors.

Same old Mopar story.

Floor should be pretty easy in a wagon.
