My opinion as well. I had a heck of a time selling my 69 RR convertible several years ago. Ended up getting 33K if I remember correctly, and it didn't really need anything. Even though there were only 2128 of them made, they really aren't that desirable. Most guys, myself included would want one with a hard roof any day of the week.

All good points. I've had experience with northeast ragtops years ago, and they were rot buckets then. Oh.. my experience was passing it by, each one was junk.
