Bullshit site that requires disabling the Ad Blocker....

Also.....
IF that is the car that was formerly owned by the freak, things can only get better for the car now!

Sorry Bob, but those stickers and the coyotes have to go.

Maybe after old Chet (and his better half) are gone, he will remove them.

Pretty cool story. Nice looking Daytona as well. I could never imagine having that sort of luck.

I seen this on the same page, I was thinking I would rather drive a Skoda. Than to be caught dead in this.

Was this the same cars that there was a bunch of soap opera drama about at the old Dodge Charger site several years ago?

Well could be a good thing or a bad thing ...

Good because it was saved but bad because it might be stored in a vacuum sealed container vault never to be seen again or driven until the owner passes on and the car goes to all the beneficiaries who hate the car and call Barrett Jackson to get top dollar and be done with it

Yeah...Some elderly dude realizes after almost 80 years on the planet that he wants to be a woman, then instead of keeping his decision personal and private, he/she uses the car as bait to get people to accept his freak decision. Making it even worse, he chose a screen name referring to himself as a "Chick".
Several things wrong with that.
One, who cares if you are a weirdo as long as you don't push your fringe beliefs on others.
Two, don't try to trick others into accepting your weirdness.
Finally, nobody with any sense looks at an 80 year old transgender person as a "chick". Nobody. The whole issue is an insult and a travesty.

Lolz ok that’s funny and I agree but what does this have to do with the car ?
He owned it ?
ThTs why I like this forum you can be honest and speak out.

Yes....
This "person" supposedly owned the car before he/she decided to become a woman and after the change.
He/she posted about the car in reference to a garage it was stored in...the door was broken and the car could not be removed to get good pictures. The whole subject was a blatant trolling exercise, the "person" wanted attention and knew that a 69 Daytona was a perfect car to draw in people. Interspersed in the drama, there was some chatter about the car's history. I have known some gay people due to by older brother being gay. NONE of them were the type to parade around, trying to force people to accept them. They were as polite and private as most heterosexuals are. This dude/dudette was another story altogether.

I wonder if the "freak" is still alive. "It" didn't seem to want to part with any of those cars, if I recall.

That was fun while it lasts, even Leanna was involved in that conversation, the whole theme was exactly as Greg said draw attention due his car and be accepted as a transexual, being this a car forum and mostly... Well we know how we are right.

The car went to the right person,Bob will preserve the original condition of the car. Some say the number of Hemi Daytona's built is 70 total, some say the numbers is only 49 total. Even if half survived, this is probably the only unrestored one left in existence! Rare find, even if the story is twisted.
