Found broadcast sheet for 252001

Hello my car came with the broadcast sheet for 252001. It is free to the current owner! I am still looking for mine it is 252511. Not a good picture but it is all I have currently.

It was found after the 81 purchase. As far as the last owner knows it is the original seats to the car. Big # difference from mine so not sure if original seat.
