fuel tank sending unit/fuel gauge ground strap

Don't suppose anyone can provide me with the angle of the main fuel supply nozzle that comes out from the sending unit in the gas tank. I found one for an A-body, and that seems to make sense given the angle of the fuel line, but I'm not sure it is the same on a B-body. Trying to get my ground step connected for my fuel gauge wire but I'm not sure I which direction is right.

Not sure of your question. The sending unit can only go in the tank one way.
