Fury Fender Emblem Removal

I'm taking off all the trim/chrome on my '63 for repaint and came across the access for the fender emblems. Wow, they're pal-nuts! Geez, a press fit attach would have made sense. Unless I'm a skinny dude around 110lbs, which I'm not, any ideas on how to remove them? Or really...have to like take the doors off to do this chore?

Remove door, or fender, or get someone with skinny arms. I had my daughter remove emblems on my '66 Belvedere II before it went of for body & paint. Lucky for me, she knows how to use tools!

take the splash shield out and you can get to them I did mine that way when I installed them
