Click the Garage tab

Then click the big, orange, button on the top right that says Create A Garage

Do you create a garage even if you have one already. I went to my garage and I did see create garage but just wanted to add pictures to the one I have.

Yes, click on create garage and follow the prompts. You can add to the new garage any pictures including the ones already in a garage.
