Alright,
So i've unscrewed the screws from the cluster on the front, although when i pull it out how do i unatch the guages? (other than undoing the wiring)
Do i have to take screws out somewhere else to take the cluster and guages out? (i'm swapping to OEM non-painted cluster)

Disconect negative battery cable. Loosen the bolts that hold the column. Best to remove them and let wheel come down as far as it will go towards the seat. Remove dash ground wire if it's there. Did you get the 2 screws at the arch(1 on either lower side at the column) from the bottom? Don't forget the speedo cable. Squeeze, turn and pull gently. If radio is still there, remove knobs and stem nuts. Unplug the wiper switch and heater control connectors from the bottom and light switch connector if you can get to it. Extra care with vacuum lines as the plastic tips will bend and break easily. Tilt cluster from top and remove lamp sockets(you can get some from bottom). Remove 2 nuts from red and black wires. Place a towel over the column and wiggle it out slowly.

Thanks for the help,
sounds complicated but ill give it a try later on tonight, and go from there.
