Glen Ray Radiator - Any update

Hi just read a post that Glen-Ray is retiring but they may be selling off the restoration and reproduction business. Any update on this or who is my next best choice for a radiator restoration… Bob was definitely a good guy and they did a great job.

Can anyone comment on brassworks? Curious if their restorations are as complete and OE as Glenray.

Bob told me the reproduction business is in good hands. I believe you can order one now. I don't believe the resto business is active right now.

Thanks! I just took a look at the site but seems more like fleet service than classic car restoration. I will give them a call and ask.

I talked to bob at mcacn .... New person is in process of getting everything going and transferring all the equipment to their shop..... They do plan on continuing to make them
And working on classic car radiators, just going to take a bit to get going

I’ve dealt with Affton they aren’t far from me..Bob was perfection everytime. I’m sure they will be too.

Time will tell…I’ve got a ‘956 HD rad coming from the new shop. I begged Bob to build just ‘one more’ and ship it to me but he said he had like 60 ‘one more’ rads to get out before he could wash his hands of the business. He assured me I’ll be pleased with the new guys. I’ll let you guys know what it looks like when I receive it. Could be a while…
