These are on craigslist. Wheels are 15x3 double bolt pattern centerlines. Tires are Mastercraft, didn't list the size. Seller asking $ 285 for pair. Worth a look you think? Would the tires be heavy enough for a big block b-body?

P.S. I don't know if the "orvette" is for sale or not. lol

only 3" wide? i wouldn't recommend them for street use. i have centerlines on my Roadrunner. 15X7 front, 15X9 rear. extremely lightweight but strong.

When I worked at Jegs back in the late 80's early 90's we use to sell 3" wheels to use on the street. I just wouldn't hit the corners real hard.

I wouldn't bother with them for street driving. For that kind of money just go get a big set of wheels

I prefer the 3's. I had them on my 69 RR in the 80's and logged alot of miles on them. Held up fine. Of course I wasn't road racing them but it was my only car so it saw normal driving, well at least on the roads that weren't straight. I'm ols school and like the old pro street look.2014-09-02%2023.50.46[1].jpg

I just thought if they were a good deal I'd try to pick them up and if nothing else use them for track duty to lighten the front end a little
